£50,000 - £60,000 plus car and package

We are working with corporate occupier who are looking to appoint a Regional Estates Manager to their in-house property team. Working with the Property Director you will take a regional lead in implementing their corporate estates strategy.

The role itself will be varied and you will be tasked with day to day estates work as well various projects related to cost mitigation through a proactive approach.

Work will include;

· Rent reviews, lease renewals and regears

· Acquisitions, disposals and relocations

· Service charge analysis

· Managing third party consultants on matters such as business rates, projects, FM and more complex lease negotiations.

· Liaising with Landlord

· Overseeing the sublet portfolio

This is an autonomous role where you will large work from home and be field based, with a requirement to visits sites across the region frequently.
