We are proud to be partnered with a leading national commercial property consultancy who are looking to expand their Lease Advisory service in Birmingham.
You will work with a wide variety of the firm’s clients including high profile property investors and funds, corporate occupiers, national retailers, FTSE 250 businesses and property companies with assets across the office, industrial and retails markets.
Day to day work will include a mix of rent review and lease renewals, as well as lease structuring and regears. On a wider basis you will work with the agency teams to provide rental advice and market analysis, as well as contributing to portfolio strategy.

Requirements
The role would suit a chartered surveyor with 2+ years PQE and experience in providing L&T advice. You will have good client management skills and the ability to plan and manage your own workload.
